ICMS2025 Registration

Dear participants,

the registration is a two steps process:

- you will first make a pre-registration

- once validated, you will receive a link to finalize and pay through credit card (or, for CNRS labs : "bon de commande")

Registration fees:

• regular participants          605 euros
• students (up to PhD)        440 euros
• accompanying persons    198 euros

The registrations fees include for all participants the welcome cocktail on October Sunday 19^th, the excursion and the banquet on October Wednesday 22th. Daily access to conference room and coffee breaks are intended for regular participants and students.

Reimbursement of registration

Your registration fees can be reimbursed if you cannot get a visa or for medical situation
